User Data Deletion

At Citricode, we respect our users' and clients' right to request the deletion of their personal and technical data.

What data can be deleted

  • Access tokens
  • Message and activity logs
  • Contact data and configurations

How to request data deletion

The owner of the data may submit a request by email to [email protected] including:

  • Name of the business and/or client
  • Linked active identifiers (phone number, page, etc.)
  • The types of data to be deleted

What happens after deletion

  • We destroy any automatic flows linked to the data
  • We delete tokens and technical accesses
  • We remove the information from our internal systems and backups
